No-Bake Pie Crust
This pie crust is easy to prepare and can be used for any no-bake pie recipe. I especially like it for my Mom’s Refrigerated Chocolate Pie .1½ cups oats
1 cup walnuts
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Yields: 1 pie crust

Cook Time: 0 minutes
1. Grind the oats in a food processor into a grainy flour. Add the walnuts and blend until the mixture is completely combined and sticking together.
2. Add the dates, applesauce, coconut, and cinnamon to form a dough that holds together when you press it. If it feels a bit dry, add a tablespoon at a time of applesauce or water to achieve a stickier consistency.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan and fill with a no-bake pie filling.
